The Ruby Tuesday menu is filled with variety and value – even our salad comes with endless choices and free refills (it’s the famous Fresh Garden Bar, of course). Herb Crusted Tilapia
Tender, mild tilapia crusted with panko garlic bread crumbs, broiled to perfection, then finished with lemon-butter sauce. With fresh, steamed broccoli and brown-rice pilaf topped with cheese and tomatoes.
Chicken Fresco
A fresh, grilled chicken breast topped with seasonal vine-ripened tomatoes, lemon-butter sauce, and a splash of balsamic vinaigrette. Served with fresh, steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.
Chicken Bella
Slices of sautéed baby portabella mushrooms and artichokes in Parmesan cream sauce over a fresh, grilled chicken breast. Served with fresh, steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.

New Orleans Seafood

Petite Sirloin
A 7-ounce premium cut with big flavor. With fresh, steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.
Shrimp Diablo
Penne pasta is tossed with marinara sauce, shredded Parmesan cheese, and a sprinkling of red pepper flakes, then topped with spicy, sautéed shrimp.
Bistro Barbecue Chicken
Lightly fried chicken breast brushed with barbecue sauce and topped with premium bacon, tomatoes, crisp onion straws, and melted cheddar. Served with fresh, steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.
Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Made with breaded, golden-brown chicken breast over pasta tossed in Parmesan cream sauce and topped with marinara and shredded Parmesan and Swiss cheese.

One of our classics. Pasta tossed in spicy southwestern cheese sauce with baked chicken and black beans. Accented with cilantro and tomatoes.
Creole Catch
Flaky, mild white fish seasoned with Creole spices and broiled. Served with fresh, steamed broccoli and brown-rice pilaf topped with cheese and tomatoes.
Parmesan Shrimp Pasta
Tender, spicy shrimp are seasoned and sautéed, then served over pasta in Parmesan cream sauce and accented with diced tomatoes.
